Solid coffee, small shipping hiccup

I ordered the Whole Bean Coffee, specifically a Light Roast. The coffee itself is excellent, really fresh and tasty. Delivery took about 6 days, and the tracking wasn't super detailed which was a minor annoyance. But the product quality definitely makes up for it. Customer service was quick to reply when I asked about my package. Overall a good experience, just wish shipping updates were better.

Onyx is great, but Blue Sail is also really good, especially their single origins. I'd say Blue Sail leans a bit more into comfort/classic profiles while still being specialty.

I got a deal on a prepaid gift sub last Christmas, I think it was specifically a 'holiday gift set promo' rather than the first order one, but they do have discounts for those.

Afaik, the first order one is usually for new monthly subs. Prepaid gifts sometimes have their own separate promos though.

For opened coffee beans, usually not for taste preference. Most coffee places won't take those back. But if it was damaged or wrong, then yeah, they'd help.
